Another American sandwich Iโve had on my radar for a while, this shrimp version actually feels quite light and crisp to eat, and packs a lot of flavour, I can see why itโs popular. Mineโs not perfect, I couldnโt get the right bread, and the eagle eyeโd amongst you might have spotted that I used prawns rather than shrimp - which is what we get over here in the UK, Iโm doing my best here ๐
