Potato gratin - such an easy, comforting side perfect for the weekend! 1.2kg sliced potatoes, 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 cups cream (heavy/thickened), 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp salt. 1 cup grated cheese.
