Replying to @Kyra This helps target the muscles that need released, and also works the muscles that need to be put back into proper position. You’ll notice that I actually still have somewhat of a forward head posture because I need jaw surgery (crazy how the body works as a system!) but even with that structural element going on, I’ve still been able to correct mine to a significant degree with these exercises and my posture stretches!#facetensionrelease#forwardheadposture#posturestretch
