This is your sign…. to finally try this thing! - 225g cottage cheese (Im using 1% avalon organics) - 2 eggs - any seasonings you want bake@ 350 for ~30 mins, or until it’s golden brown. You want the golden top, otherwise the inside will still be mushy. Stuff with whatever you’d like to fit your calories and macros to reach your goals! 🦴 🍎 🦷
