Ingredients (serves 2): 1/2 red onion 1 red bell pepper 6 tomatoes 4-5 eggs 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp sweet paprika 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp chilli flakes Salt Black pepper Fresh parsley 1 tbsp olive oil Feta cheese Fresh bread or pita โโโ Method: 1.
