I didn’t know you could even do this with a lemon… I’m forever changed! Here’s the recipe I used my bois 360ml heavy cream 100g sugar 50ml lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon Sugar to top and torch Boil cream and sugar and zest in a pot for 3 minutes then take it off the heat and rest 1 minute Stir in lemon juice well and pour into lemon vessels!
