PSA: Theres a ton of different ways to do this and none of the resources agree… I fill jars. Lids finger tip tight (i reuse old lids for water). Place in waterbath canner. Fill canner with water till jars are covered + 1 inch. Bring canner to roiling boil. Once it reaches a roiling boil let boil for 20 minutes. ✌🏻 no fighting crowded stores with the people who prepared last minute!#hurricane#hurricaneprep#canningwater#homemaker#canningseason
