BRUNCH EDITION: Boujee croque monsieur bites for $10.87 Traditionally, croque monsieur is made with gruyere, which is not in the budget with puff pastry! So Aldi has this gruyere swiss blend we're going to use. It works fab! If you're thinking "this would be good with an egg," then add an egg! That would be more of a quiche vibe, which is not what I was going for. But would still be delish. You could remove the mayo if you did that.
