Massa de Coxinha na Panificadora. ​Ingredientes: - ​250 ml de caldo do cozimento do frango (morno) ​- 100 ml de leite integral - ​2 colheres de sopa cheias de manteiga ou margarina (~40g) - ​1/2 colher de chá rasa de sal (ajuste conforme o tempero do caldo) - ​1 sachê de caldo de galinha em pó (opcional) - ​250g de farinha de trigo branca (aprox. 1 copo e 3/4 da panificadora) Na panificadora usei o ciclo geléia, que vai aquecer e misturar a massa.
