During the inauguration prayer service on Tuesday, Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde of the Washington National Cathedral urged President Trump to “have mercy on” LGBTQ children and immigrants, who may fear the new administration’s policies. When asked about the prayer service after he returned to the White House, Trump said he "didn't think it was a good service" and that "they could do much better."
