These seriously are the BEST shortbread cookies ever. You can stop looking for any other recipe. I’ve been making these every year for 10 years! Ingredients:
- 1 lb. unsalted Lactantia butter at room temperature
- 1 cup fine sugar
- 2 ½ cups unbleached flour toasted in the oven on a baking tray at 350 for about 5-6 min to get slightly beige. Cool completely.
