Just 1 cup of oats and water! No flour, no sugar, and no baking powder! Ingredients: Recipe 1 - 1 cup rolled oats (120 g) - 250 ml hot water - 1 teaspoon salt (5 g) - 1 tablespoon oil - 1 egg - 2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream - Parsley - Salt to taste - Black pepper to taste Preparation: Mix the oats, hot water, salt, and oil until a dough forms. Let the dough cool. Cook the egg. Serve with yogurt or sour cream, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
