No recipe needed for this oneโฆ you just pile everything in and simmer on low in a pot with heavy lid (must trap steam in - I used my @STAUB USA cast iron Dutch oven) for 60-75 minutes. I made the soup with napa cabbage, apples, onions, carrots, chicken, ginger slices, green onions, gogi berries and Chinese dates!
