This has been my favorite meal prep lunch for a long time. So much flavor & so simple to throw together. INGREDIENTS: â˘20 oz chicken breast, diced â˘1/3 cup honey â˘2 tbsp soy sauce â˘2 tsp minced garlic â˘20 oz broccoli (Or veggie of choice) â˘1 1/4 cups jasmine rice INSTRUCTIONS: 1.
