Filmed on the 6th March 2023. Notice the perfectly round anomaly? During the day maybe this could be explained as a smoke ring left by a rocket, a jet, a smoke machine but the likely answer is a pyrotechnics fireworks testing or an actual display. There's been a lot of these reported around the world.
