This granita has my taste buds convinced I’m in Sicily, even if my view says otherwise :) Sicilian Peaches + Cream Granita: - 6 ripe peaches, pitted, sliced and frozen overnight - Juice of 1 lemon - 5 tbsp powdered sugar Instructions: Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth using a high speed blender.
