Asking my husband to make noodles from scratch! Loads of people have been asking how he made the noodles in the ZhaJiang Mian video - and here you go! If you’re wanting to try making noodles at home, this is the easiest way. Ingredients are: 400g plain white flour 120ml cold water 1/2 tsp salt Handful finely ground corn meal This is enough for two portions.
