My very last day of culinary school😭🥹 For my chicken final I made a Hainanese poached chicken breast, a fried lollipop with a dark soy glaze, chicken fat rice, tomato and cucumber salad, garlic scallion and ginger oil, all topped with crispy chicken skin! This dish was an ode to growing up in Singapore surrounded by such incredible food!
