Sea Colors Squid stuffed with shrimp and Emmenthal cheese. It goes with black rice with cheese and mussels, mini corn, caper popcorn and squid tentacle crunch. Finished with black octopus ink sauce, herb oil and leek root. This dish was developed after a dip that our chef @chefmadson_bessa made and had the idea to convey the image he saw to the flavors of the food, both in flavors and visuals. Totally copyright.
