7 Layer Burrito (Taco Bell Copycat) Layers: Refried beans (warmed) Spanish rice (I use microwave Spanish rice) Guacamole (I like Herdez Traditional) Sour cream Three cheese blend (cheddar, mozzarella, Monterey Jack or taco blend) Shredded lettuce Diced tomato Assembly: Warm a large flour tortilla until soft and pliable.
