Home Canned Alfredo Sauce. Makes approx 7 quarts (I doubled for this video): 6c butter, 6 pints of cream, 16oz cream cheese, 37oz parm cheese. Seasoning to taste, milk (or water) to thin before canning. Process pint for 10 minutes and quarts for 15. This is a STAPLE in my pantry and I find it incredibly handy to keep in stock.#canning#pressurecanning#alfredosauce
