Low & Slow Spicy Mutton Curry (Yoghurt-Marinated, Coconut-Finished) Marinate (2 hrs): 800 g mutton + 2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp romorosie curry powder, salt & 1 cup double cream yoghurt.
