For those who don't know, Kessoku Band's music in Bocchi the Rock! is heavily inspired by the legendary Japanese indie rock band Asian Kung-Fu Generation (AKFG). In fact, every member of Kessoku Band shares their last name with a member of AKFG. Hitori Gotoh (Bocchi) is named after Masafumi Gotoh, Ikuyo Kita is named after Kensuke Kita, Ryo Yamada is named after Takahiro Yamada, and Nijika ljichi is named after Kiyoshi ljichi.
