Coach Conor
2 days out from my photoshoot lads. Honestly been a super stressful day in terms of preparation, wanting to look my absolute best on the day, making sure lighting is good in the gym I go to, travelling to the shoot, adjusting diet etc. But sometimes you get a moment with some lighting like this and just realise, damn I did this all by myself. Pretty proud of this look. 1:1 coaching applications and fat loss guide in my bio 🫡#GymTok##gym#weightloss#Fitness#fatlosstips#shredded
