Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole Boil 16oz of noodles (I used penne) drain and set aside in baking pan. Cook 1 1/2 of chicken, shred and add to the top. Then add; 1 ranching seasoning packet 1 jar of Alfredo sauce 1 cup of ranch 4oz of mozzarella cheese Mix well, and add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to the top.
